XMEN First Class & EAGLE Award!

Hello my friends,

I wanted share with you all the above minimalist poster art (done after watching X-Men First Class for the third time -such a great superhero movie - and tributing one of my favorite sequences) and some really GREAT news!


EAGLE AWARDS 2012

I was informed I won the EAGLE Award for the Best New Artist category!  :)
I feel honored and humbled to be rewarded with such a prestigious award. Thank you all for voting me and for the continuing love and support: I really appreciate it :)
And congrats to all the other winners and all the nominees: many good friends among them and they are all winners to my eyes :)

Wolverine and the X-Men

Since today it's Friday and it's the day when, each week, there is a new episode of WOlverine and the X-Men on NToon (8 pm), I thought to share some of the work I did as storyboard artist on this animated series. In particular I am sharing a bit of my process below and will share actual boards once some of the episodes have aired on tv (I don't want to spoil any of the stories ;))
Once again I want to thank my good friend and wonderful director Steve Gordon for letting me part of this successful series, which I warmly suggest you to watch if you aren't watching it already ;)
